Our mission is to empower women by providing them with opportunities to become self-sufficient members of society. We employ over 600 women in Pakistan, many of whom are from marginalized communities, and provide them with training, skill development opportunities and safe working conditions.

Through its focus on women empowerment and sustainable manufacturing practices, Inicio Apparel is not only creating economic opportunities for women in Pakistan but also promoting a more sustainable and socially responsible fashion industry.
